Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching facilitates a process for a person or a team so they can reach their full potential.
The relationship between client and coach is highly confidential, with a total focus on the client, what they want out of life and what will help them achieve it. Coaching brings out the very best in the client, even when they can’t see it. The process allows the client to identify goals and ambitions, with the coach encouraging their growth by providing different perspectives, challenging them where appropriate and holding them accountable so their goals are achieved.
