- Gather Information – gathering further information on the defined problem and understanding how the pieces link together.
- Recommending Change – putting forward sound strategies on what and how the client should change.
- Leading Change – facilitating the client’s change process by providing insightful coaching to the executives charged with leading sustainable change.
- Taking Stock and Closing – effectively wrapping up the project, collating learnings and integrating with forward-looking plans.
We can also advise on the B-BBEE framework to be considered and implemented.
